Modern Slavery Act Statement
Introduction
Microbrain Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We recognize the importance of preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. This statement outlines the steps we have taken, and continue to take, to ensure that modern slavery does not take place in any part of our business or supply chain.
Modern Slavery is a crime and a violation of human rights. we are committed to protecting human rights and prohibits all forms of modern slavery including human trafficking, slavery, servitude and forced or compulsory labour throughout the organisation, its business and supply chain.
The Anti Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy (“Policy”) demonstrates the Company’s commitment to:
(a) act ethically and with integrity in all its business relationships
(b) ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in its business or supply chain
(c) ensure the employees are aware of the Company’s commitment to fighting against modern slavery
(d) outline the measures that the Company will take to prevent any form of modern slavery in its own business and the Company’s supply chain
(e) ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015
Scope
This policy applies to all officers and directors, employees, workers, contractors, interns, agents, consultants and agency workers and casual workers. (“Employees”)
We expect the suppliers and contractors of the Company to observe the same high standards as set out in this policy. As part of our contracting process, we include specific prohibitions against modern slavery, and we expect that our suppliers and contractors will hold their suppliers to the same high standards.
This policy is endorsed and fully supported by the Company and its senior management. This policy does not form part of any employee’s contract of employment and the Company reserves all rights to amend the content of the policy at any time.
Our Responsibilities and Measures
Senior management of the Company is responsible for the dissemination and implementation of this policy in the Company.
The Responsible Person is responsible for overall compliance and handling breach allegations. The Responsible Person will have the primary day-to-day responsibility for the implementation of this policy, monitoring its use and ensuring that the appropriate processes and control systems are in place, and amended as appropriate, to ensure it can operate effectively.
The Company welcomes any questions or comments on this policy and suggestions for ways in which the Company may improve the procedures relating to the eradication of modern slavery in its operations.
The Company is responsible for providing regular training sessions for all employees on Anti-slavery and human trafficking related issues. The information on anti-slavery and human trafficking is also included in the induction program. We aim to ensure all employees of the Company to be made aware of the provisions of the policy.
Approval and Accountability
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and applies to Microbrain Ltd and all its subsidiaries. It has been approved by the Board of Directors and will be reviewed and updated annually.
Policy Details
This Policy applies to all Employees and their compliance is mandatory. All Employees are required to carefully read and understand the Policy upon their employment. All breaches of this Policy will be taken very seriously and all allegations of breach will be thoroughly investigated by the Human Resources Department confidentially and fairly.
The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains is the responsibility of all those working for us or under our control. The Employees are required to avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of this policy.

Revision and Explanation of the Policy
This Policy was last updated on 03 January 2024. The Company reserves the right to revise, modify any or all clauses of this Policy depending upon the demand of business.
The corporate HR department will be the sole authority to interpret the content of this Policy.
